The offering institution must periodically evaluate both program and for-credit course effectiveness as appropriate, including assessments of student learning, student retention, and student and faculty satisfaction.

Review and approval processes must be in place to ensure that the technology in use is appropriate to meet program or course objectives.

At the completion of the criminal justice Web-based program or for-credit course, the institution must provide for assessment and documentation of student achievement in each course.
